Responsibilities

• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Maintain proper notes in the computer and cycle fill coding.
• Calculate and verify the correct dosage based on the prescription.
• Provide courteous customer service when responding to calls from customers.
• Meet processing deadlines within regular shift.
• Collaborate with doctors' offices on refills as needed.
• Develop proficiency in pharmacy systems and processes.
