Responsibilities

• Enter new and refilled prescriptions into the operating system accurately.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing.
• Ensure proper notes and cycle fill coding in the system.
• Calculate and verify correct dosages per prescriptions.
• Demonstrate caring and courteous communication with customers; route calls as needed.
• Assist with filing, packaging, inventory, and order processing when required.
