Job summary

Lockton Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Account Manager to produce and quality check quarterly client reports from our internal pharmacy data warehouse, review data against KPIs, and support price guarantee reconciliations.

You will help manage a designated book of business, track day-to-day client issues, coordinate RFPs and renewals, and assist in PBM implementation calls with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 1–2 years in insurance or pharmacy data analytics preferred.
• PBM industry knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and quality check quarterly client reports.
• Review data against KPIs from PBM vendor.
• Develop financial models and provide insights.
• Coordinate PBM implementation calls and meetings.
• Maintain project timelines for renewals and reporting.
• Support clients' pharmacy plans and address issues.
