Job summary

Lockton seeks a detail-oriented analyst to ensure timely and accurate data deliverables for clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting Operations and Consulting while growing expertise in pharmacy data analytics and PBM reporting.

Responsibilities include producing client report books, validating data against KPIs, and learning to build financial models with insights for account teams. A business-focused bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in insurance data analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
• 1–2 years’ experience in the insurance industry, specifically in employee welfare benefits or pharmacy data analytics.
• Knowledge of PBM industry preferred and strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Produce and quality check monthly and quarterly report books for clients from the internal pharmacy data warehouse.
• Review data for reasonableness and validate against key performance indicators from the PBM vendor.
• Develop financial models and reports; interpret analyses and provide client-ready recommendations.
