Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking Pharmacy Data Analysts I-III for hybrid roles across multiple U.S. offices, including Renton. You will build complex reports, analyze pharmacy data, and support financial and operational decisions.

Leverage SQL, Oracle, and Snowflake to deliver insights, while mentoring others as you grow. Candidates with STARS/MES experience are preferred and relocation is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years' data analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years' data analysis experience for Level II; STARS/MES preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years' data analysis experience for Level III; STARS/MES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify SQL with validation for accuracy.
• Analyze data on health care services, costs, trends, and revenue by various dimensions.
• Perform statistical analysis and communicate results in writing and verbally.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems to meet internal/external needs.
• Balance data integrity and reliability with new product/work process changes.
