Cambia Health is seeking a Pharmacy Data Analyst I-III for a hybrid role across multiple offices, including Salt Lake City, Boise, Portland, Seattle Renton Tacoma area. The role focuses on developing reporting solutions and analyses to support pharmacy strategy and financial decisions.

You will work with SQL, Oracle, and data tools, creating complex reports, validating data, and collaborating with teams to drive improvements in reimbursement, pricing, and provider data systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required with relevant work experience in data analysis or supporting relational database development, maintenance or utilization in healthcare or business systems.

Responsabilités

• Create complex reports and modify underlying SQL; thoroughly validate own work and that of other team members, and be relied on for accuracy with complex reporting.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on health care services, utilization, costs, trends, enrollment, incentives, and revenue by provider, member, network, group, product, and line of business.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling per user requests, and communicate results and recommendations verbally and in writing.
• Maintain existing and develop new information reporting systems to meet the needs of internal and external users, gathering reporting requirements directly from information users.
• Evaluate the impact of new products, systems, and work processes on data and reporting systems, and work with transaction system departments to maintain data integrity and reliability.
• Develop and execute balancing and data validation routines to ensure data warehouse updates are complete, accurate, and reliable.
• Assist and train business analysts in other departments on data interpretation, appropriate use of data tools, and query and report preparation to improve reporting consistency across the plan and Regence.
• Make sound decisions on issues with significant corporate risk impact, proactively raise issues and concerns to management, and contribute as needed to meet departmental deadlines.
