Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking Pharmacy Data Analysts I–III for hybrid roles across multiple offices, including Portland. The team builds sophisticated reports and analyzes pharmacy data to guide strategic decisions and initiatives.

Strong SQL, Oracle/Snowflake experience and ability to handle high-impact projects are essential. Roles require a Bachelor's degree with 2–8 years of experience, with Level II/III preferences for STARS/MES experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of data analysis or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years for Level II; 8 years for Level III in data analysis or related fields.
• Experience with STARS and MES strongly preferred for Levels II/III.
• Advanced SQL and report-writing with Oracle/Snowflake experience.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify SQL; ensure accuracy for reports with high financial impact.
• Analyze healthcare data: services, costs, utilization, trends, enrollment, and revenue by entity.
• Perform statistical analyses and data modeling; communicate results clearly.
• Maintain and develop reporting systems; gather requirements from users.
• Ensure data integrity; balance and validate data warehouse updates.
