Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer literacy with Windows, Office 365, and Teams.
• PTCB or ExCPT/NHA certification preferred and may be required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of USP standards preferred.
• Experience with PK Software, PrimeRx, or other pharmacy management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls to process prescription orders.
• Handle inquiries about billing, order status, delivery, and other information.
• Provide product information, literature, and order status updates.
• Call patients for monthly refills or classification on orders.
• Receive and process prescriptions via fax, mail, and ERX.
• Verify and update patient information.
• Support pharmacy operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure protection of PHI per HIPAA requirements.
