Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong attention to detail essential.
• PTCB or ExCPT/NHA certification preferred and may be required within 90 days.
• Experience with PK Software, PrimeRx, or other pharmacy management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls to process prescription orders and assist with billing and order status.
• Verify and update patient information; ensure HIPAA compliance and protect PHI.
• Receive prescriptions via fax, mail, or ERX and manage refill requests and payments.
