Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attach faxes and electronic prescriptions to patient profile.
• Data entry of prescriptions.
• Communicate with physicians and patients regarding accounts.
• Monitoring emails and web forms and triaging to appropriate channels.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing and shipping of all relations prescriptions.
• Track and follow up on orders.
• Create fax to request medication.
• Validate and add prescribers.
• Contact patients or prescribers to verify information allowed by regulations.
• Payment collection.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
