Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls and through automated dialer systems.
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answer questions and provide education about products/services.
• Document calls in computerized records.
• Enter customer orders in the system.
• Verify and update demographic information.
