Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer entry required.
• Must meet licensing requirements for the location.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound/outbound manual calls and automated dialer.
• Assesses customer needs for additional products/services.
• Assesses compliance with physician orders and provides education.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographics in records.
• Read/analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
