Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience at checkout and during pharmacy-related duties. You will assist the pharmacist under supervision, using pharmacy systems to access patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

In this role, you will engage customers, stock shelves, manage pricing, and handle cash transactions with accuracy. Prior retail exposure and a focus on customer service are preferred to contribute to a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate counting and weighing medications.
• Prefer good computer skills and inventory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and entering patient information.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stock, and merchandising; handles inventory and pricing.
