• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members to enhance service quality.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items and assists in stock management, including inventory checks and product placement.
• Handles transactions, including voids, returns, and refunds, and assists customers in locating products.
• Supports pharmacy operations by entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and assisting with inventory management.
• Ensures compliance with legal and company policies, including pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
• Maintains store cleanliness, displays, and overall store appearance.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web order pickups.
• Assists with store maintenance and adheres to all policies and procedures.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintains PTCB certification and participates in ongoing training and education.
• Requires fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Preferred candidates have retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
