• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and processing prescriptions, in accordance with regulations.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers by greeting and assisting them, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items and assists with stock, inventory, and store displays.
• Handles transactions, returns, and exchanges, and assists in locating products.
• Supports pharmacy duties, including data entry, prescription filling, and inventory management, adhering to policies and regulations.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance, and supports other tasks as assigned.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification and attends ongoing training.
• Must be fluent in English and willing to work flexible hours.
• Preferred experience includes retail, pharmacy, and computer skills, with PTCB certification being a plus.
