Customer Experience
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist under supervision, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and to process prescriptions, in accordance with regulations.
Customer Engagement
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provides fast, friendly, and efficient service; recommends products and assists customers in locating items.
- Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and assists customers in the OTC aisle.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves, manages inventory, and ensures proper pricing.
- Supports pharmacy activities such as entering patient and drug info, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and assisting with workflow scheduling.
- Reports prescription errors immediately, complies with pharmacy policies, and maintains confidentiality and legal compliance.
- Handles non-urgent phone calls, processes third-party claims, and supports inventory management activities.
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products, constructs displays, and assists with product placement and stock rotation.
- Provides photo services, manages web order pickups, maintains store appearance, and adheres to company policies.
Training & Personal Development
- Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.
- Stays informed about healthcare and pharmacy developments.
Additional Requirements
- Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
