Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers in locating products.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision with pharmacy tasks, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
4. Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
5. Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and displays.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up orders.
8. Participate in store maintenance and adhere to company policies.
9. Earn and maintain PTCB certification and participate in training and development.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
