What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status inquiries
- Schedule medication deliveries and manage shipment logistics
- Educate callers on prescription benefits, formulary, premiums, and order status
- Document required information and communicate solutions to customers, pharmacies, and physicians
- Research complex issues related to member prescription and pharmacy benefits across multiple databases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
- Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours/week) during business hours, including weekends and occasional overtime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (e.g., office, administrative, clerical, customer service)
- Background in pharmacy
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments
