This position involves providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience, assisting pharmacists under supervision, and performing various operational duties within the store.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers by greeting them, offering assistance, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers.
• Recommends products, manages transactions, and assists in locating items.
• Maintains store cleanliness, manages inventory, and supports pharmacy operations, including entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and verifying medications.
• Reports prescription errors promptly and complies with pharmacy policies and legal requirements.
• Handles telephone inquiries, processes third-party prescription claims, and supports inventory management.
• Ensures compliance with regulations regarding regulated products and maintains store displays and product placement.
• Provides photo services, manages web order pick-ups, and assists with store maintenance and cleanliness.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintains PTCB certification or relevant state certification.
• Attends training, completes continuing education, and stays updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (excluding Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
