Customer Experience

Operations

• Providing fast, friendly service, recommending products, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with inventory and pharmacy duties.
• Supporting pharmacy activities, including prescription filling, error reporting, inventory management, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintaining store displays, assisting in stock rotation, and providing photo and web order services.
• Supporting store maintenance and adhering to policies.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification, attending training, and staying updated on healthcare developments.
• Fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours are required.
• Preferred experience includes retail, pharmacy, and computer skills, with PTCB certification being a plus.
