Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in practicing pharmacy according to regulations, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure positive experiences.
5. Recommends items, handles transactions, maintains store cleanliness, manages inventory, and supports pharmacy operations including prescription filling and compliance.
6. Provides customer service in the photo area, supports web order pickups, and maintains store appearance.
7. Completes training, maintains certification, and adheres to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
