Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practices, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions.
5. Recommends items for sale, manages transactions, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
6. Supports pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
8. Maintains store appearance and respects company policies.
9. Participates in training, maintains certifications, and works flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.

Additional Information

Competitive hourly rate: $16 - $18/hour.
