• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients, greets them, offers assistance, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver excellent service.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast service.
• Recommends items, processes transactions, maintains store cleanliness and organization, assists with inventory and pharmacy duties, and supports store policies.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification, attends training, and acquires continuing education credits.
• Must be fluent in English and willing to work flexible hours.
• Prefer experience in retail, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.

Compensation: $17.35 - $19/hour, depending on various factors.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, PTCB certification preferred.
