Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems and processing prescriptions.
4. Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommend products, handle transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provide customer service in the photo area and support web order pick-up.
8. Participate in store maintenance and adhere to company policies.
9. Complete training, maintain certifications, and stay updated on healthcare and pharmacy news.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
