Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assist the pharmacist under supervision, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions, in accordance with regulations.
4. Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommend products, handle transactions, keep the store tidy, and support inventory management.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, error reporting, and compliance with policies.
7. Maintain store appearance and assist with promotional displays and stock rotation.
8. Provide photo services and web order fulfillment as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including asset protection and safety regulations.
10. Participate in training and maintain certifications, including PTCB certification if applicable.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, and good math and computer skills.
• Prefer PTCB certification.
