We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support pharmacy operations. The role involves engaging with customers, processing transactions, assisting pharmacists, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience through courteous and efficient service.
• Registering sales, handling cash, and processing returns and exchanges.
• Assisting pharmacists with prescription processing, inventory management, and pharmacy system operations in compliance with regulations.
• Providing support in store maintenance, product displays, and promotional activities.
• Supporting web order pick-up and store cleanliness initiatives.

Training & Personal Development:

• Maintaining PTCB certification and continuing education.
• Attending training to stay updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: prior retail experience, familiarity with Walgreens, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
