Responsibilities
  1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
  3. Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy operations, including using pharmacy systems, obtaining patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.
  4. Engage with customers by greeting, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
  5. Recommend products, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and perform inventory management.
  6. Support pharmacy tasks such as prescription filling, verifying medicines, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  7. Participate in inventory activities and maintain store and pharmacy standards.
  8. Provide additional services like photo area assistance and web order fulfillment.
  9. Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Training & Personal Development
  1. Earn and maintain PTCB certification and complete required training.
  2. Stay updated with healthcare and pharmacy developments.
  3. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  4. Preferably have retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control.
  5. Possess PTCB certification if available.
Basic Qualifications
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
