Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers with products and services.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
4. Engage customers, resolve issues, and share customer service best practices.
5. Handle transactions, recommend products, maintain store cleanliness, and support inventory management.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including medication filling, inventory, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provide photo services and manage web pick-up orders.
8. Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies.
9. Participate in training, maintain certification, and develop healthcare and pharmacy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
