This role involves providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience, assisting pharmacists under supervision, and performing various operational tasks.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients with greeting and assistance, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service, recommend products, and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and counters, manage inventory, and support pharmacy activities such as prescription processing and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and policies, handle calls, and support inventory and display management.
• Assist with store maintenance, web order fulfillment, and ensure store appearance standards.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico) and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
