Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service oriented team member to assist customers at the register and support pharmacy operations in our Michigan stores. You will greet customers, help them find products, and ensure accurate transactions while adhering to safety and compliance policies.

Under supervision with pharmacists, you will assist with prescription processing, entering drug information, and keeping the pharmacy area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and be fluent in English.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens work experience.
• Strong math and computer skills helpful for prescriptions and POS.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on the assigned cash register and handle refunds or exchanges.
• Assist pharmacists by entering patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and processing prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at checkout.
• Maintain counters, shelves, and pricing; assist with inventory and stock rotation.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in workflow and pharmacy operations.
