Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register.
• Assists pharmacists in outpatient prescriptions under supervision, using pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.
• Maintains shelves and displays; inventories and prices merchandise as directed.
• Performs pharmacy-related duties including error reporting and following the Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
• Supports inventory management, ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
