Qualifications

• Fluency in English (reading/writing/speaking).

• Good math skills for prescription counting and weighing.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Resolve issues to ensure positive customer experience.
• Operate cash register, process payments, returns, exchanges.
• Assist pharmacy team and enter patient and drug information.
• Fill prescriptions, check interactions, maintain workflow.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; stock and price items.
• Provide photo area service and web pickup responsibilities.
• Comply with company policies and complete assigned tasks.
