Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with responsibilities not requiring professional judgment.
• Provide stellar customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.
• Handle cashiering duties, tendering electronic payments and cash/cheques according to policy.
• Answer phone calls and triage inquiries; ensure billing procedures are completed accurately.
• Maintain stock and organize workstations and waiting areas.
• Follow computerized inventory management and ordering of medications, devices, and supplies.
