Lincare Holdings is seeking a customer-focused employee in Michigan to answer questions, resolve problems, and support physician-directed care. You will document calls, enter orders, and verify demographics while understanding prescription terminology.

You will also assist with training colleagues, calculate dosage-related figures, and follow oral and written instructions to ensure accurate patient support and compliance with treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer entry required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per location.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound calls and automated dialer.
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Provide customer education regarding products/services.
• Document calls in computerized records.
• Enter customer orders in the system.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
• Read and analyze patient orders.
• Understand pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
