Lincare Holdings in Pennsylvania seeks a customer service associate to help answer questions, resolve problems, assess ongoing product and service needs, and support physician-directed compliance. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, enter orders, and maintain patient records with accuracy.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, learning pharmacy terminology, and assisting with coworker training while ensuring quality service and adherence to physician directions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer entry required.
• Must meet any licensing requirements for specific location.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system.
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services.
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in computerized records.
• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike.
• Help with the training of employees.
