Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to join a team delivering superior patient service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy. You will work with Pharmacists, Technicians, and PCRs to process prescriptions, manage RXEVO at POS, and ensure accurate patient care and privacy.

Responsibilities include handling prescriptions and patient information, counseling customers, and supporting immunization scheduling and MTM events as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions, verify demographic info, and manage RXEVO entries.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the POS, and manage till receipts.
• Assist with vaccine scheduling and MTM events as needed.
