Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED completed.
• Pharmacy knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Experience in retail and fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.

Aufgaben

• Provides superior customer service and supports pharmacists, technicians, and PCRs to deliver patient care.
• Directs calls and guides customers using the Greet/Ask/Thank approach.
• Receives and processes prescriptions, verifies demographic data, and enters information into RXEVO.
• Handles prescription paperwork, files and retrieves records, and maintains Will-Call area.
• Uses RXEVO at POS to ensure accurate patient deliveries and checkouts.
• Directs patients to pharmacist for counseling and consultations.
• Manages tills and cash transactions at registers; ensures receipts are recorded.
• Maintains prescription copies and files; supports production during shifts.
• Assists with Rx screening events, MTM planning, and immunization scheduling.
• Follows privacy, SOPs, and compliance protocols, including HIPAA and PSE procedures.
