H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to join our team and deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy. You will work with Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and PCRs to ensure accurate prescription processing and patient care using the RXEVO and POS systems.

This role involves handling prescriptions, verifying patient information, assisting with vaccine scheduling, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail pharmacy or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with prescription processing and POS systems.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service and support pharmacists to ensure patient care.
• Direct calls and assist customers with prescription processing and demographics.
• Maintain prescription records and verify RXEVO data at POS.
• Assist with vaccine-related scheduling and other MTM events as needed.
• Stock and organize OTC inventory and ensure accurate deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with HIPAA and SOPs.
