• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Mathematical skills including calculating measurements.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service; works with Pharmacists, Technicians, and PCRs to ensure patient care.
• Promotes Greet, Ask, and Thank; directs calls to the appropriate Partner.
• Receives prescriptions and verifies demographic and profile information; processes prescriptions and refill numbers.
• Generates prescription-related paperwork; files prescriptions in Will-Call area.
• Uses RXEVO at POS; delivers prescriptions to correct patients.
• Directs customers to pharmacist for counseling; handles cash transactions at register.
• Maintains signature receipts; scans into RXEVO; prints deliv ledger daily.
• Ensures all deliveries are finalized and maintains custody of patient records.
• Supports Rx screening events, flu shot and MTM activities.
