Qualifications

• Active Texas CPhT registration; RxEVO certification
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred); 1+ years as active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician; experience in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of H-E-B SOPs and RxEVO system; strong communication and multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and service standards
• Promote Greet, Ask & Thank and H-E-B telephone strategies
• Manage exception station; resolve third-party issues
• Process prescriptions using RxEVO; verify patient information and input into the system; manage adjudication
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and future events
• Maintain H-E-B Rx screener status; participate in screening events
• Assist with recalls, offsite record storage, DSD reconciliation, stock returns, and other tasks
• Order and manage inventory; process invoices daily
• Review Warehouse and DSD orders; check deliveries for accuracy; notify vendors of discrepancies
• Maintain processing equipment (Kirby Lester, ScriptPro) and related reports
• Process RxIMS reports; support ensuring compliance
• Perform other assigned duties
