Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail; experience in pharmacy a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Age 18+

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and works with Pharmacists, Technicians, and PCRs to ensure patient care
• Directs calls and routes to the appropriate Partner using store strategies
• Receives and processes prescriptions and refills, verifies demographic information
• Operates the RXEVO POS and delivers prescriptions to the correct patients
• Assists with vaccine-related processes and MTM events as needed
• Maintains inventory, checks deliveries, and records temperature logs
• Follows HIPAA, SOPs, and company procedures to ensure privacy and compliance
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and supports team across shifts
