Job summary

H-E-B Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and accurate prescription processing in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work with Pharmacists and Technicians, manage RXEVO transactions, and assist with vaccine scheduling and MTM events as needed. This role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to multitask in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail pharmacy or customer service.
• Ability to handle prescriptions, demographics, and profile data.
• Knowledge of RXEVO, HIPAA and pharmacy SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in a team setting with pharmacists and technicians.
• Process prescriptions and refills using RXEVO; file and retrieve records.
• Direct patients to pharmacist for counseling; manage POS transactions.
• Maintain inventory, verify invoices, stock OTC items, and log fridge temps.
• All compliance tasks including HIPAA privacy and SOP adherence.
