Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Active Texas CPhT license and ongoing CE requirements.
• Certification as an H-E-B Pharmacy Technician.
• RxEVO certification and related training completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and uphold service standards.
• Input prescriptions accurately using RxEVO and verify patient information.
• Coordinate screening events and immunization scheduling as needed.
• Manage inventory, invoices, and warehouse orders daily.
• Ensure privacy of PHI and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
• Keep calibration and maintenance of automation equipment up to date.
• Address third-party issues and maintain accurate records.
