H-E-B Pharmacy seeks an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a fast-paced retail team in Texas. You will assist in processing prescriptions, verifying patient data, and resolving third‑party issues with accuracy and care.

You will coordinate immunization scheduling, maintain RxEVO and ScriptPro tools, and uphold HIPAA privacy while supporting inventory and recalls. A 3+ year background and active CPhT are preferred for this role.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Active Texas CPhT is required by state licensing; maintain certification with CE hours.

Mansioni

• Operate pharmacy operations with a focus on superior customer service.
• Process prescriptions using RxEVO; verify patient information and input data.
• Handle third‑party issues and adjudication review.
• Coordinate Rx screening events and immunization scheduling.
• Maintain automated processing equipment (Kirby Lester, ScriptPro) and perform calibration/maintenance.
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance; maintain proper prescription delivery procedures.
• Support pharmacy manager with inventory, recalls, and 5‑S compliance.
