Job summary

H-E-B Pharmacy Tech position in a fast-paced retail environment supports patient care by ensuring accurate, efficient service and friendly customer interactions.

You will work with RxEVO, RxIMS and other systems to process prescriptions, verify patient information, manage third-party adjudication, and assist with immunization and inventory tasks while maintaining PHI privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of active retail certified pharmacy technician experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure superior customer service and service standards.
• Process prescriptions using RxEVO and verify patient information.
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, and immunization scheduling.
• Manage inventory, invoices and warehouse orders.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated processing equipment.
