Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to serve as a Pharmacy Navigator for members, reviewing medication lists and facilitating refills, appointments, and access to medications. You will work with Healthfirst pharmacists and partners to coordinate MTM interventions and improve adherence.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and current national certification or state license, with strong communication skills and patient focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience communicating clearly in writing and verbally.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists about medications.
• Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) or licensed/registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Review medication lists to support adherence and minimize adverse events.
• Assist members with refills, new prescriptions, appointments, and access to medications.
• Coordinate MTM interventions with Healthfirst pharmacists and partners.
