Job summary

You will drive patient engagement, ensure accurate medication reviews, and partner with store leadership to expand health services and community care while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• State pharmacist licensure required in district states.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, insurance billing.
• Immunizer certification or willingness to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and OTC options.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures compliant dispensing and adherence to state/federal laws and policies.
• Manages pharmacy workflow, inventory, staffing, and scheduling.
• Provides training and formal performance reviews for pharmacy staff.
