Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level pharmacy qualifications required; PharmD preferred.

• Immunizer certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with prescription dispensing laws and controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and generics.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Review and accurately dispense prescriptions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead pharmacy workflow, scheduling, and staff training to optimize efficiency.
• Manage inventory, billing, and documentation; oversee vendor relationships.
