Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Computer skills preferred: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Teams).
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and triaging inbound phone calls.
• Scheduling calls and gathering demographics, plan information, patient history, and documenting data.
• Contacting physicians for missing information and processing documentation for technicians.
• Preparing shipping materials for packing stations.
• Identify and report adverse events and safety information.
