Qualifications

• Current and in good standing pharmacy technician license in state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion Services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products.
• Experience with information technology a plus.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Proven success across past career positions.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients to ensure proper delivery of medications for scheduled infusion appointments.
• Assist in completing patient assessments and education on digital platform usage.
• Ensure patients receive notifications and understand appointment schedules.
• Respond to patient calls timely and appropriately.
• Enter relevant communications in progress notes of the pharmacy operating system.
• Assist with picking and packing products for shipping as requested.
• Attend meetings and support business development efforts for the Company.
